Abstract This paper expounds the basic composition and structure of the municipal and county-level high-definition video consultation system in Guangxi.The common faults of six systems,that are power supply,network,consultation control,audio processing,video processing and consultation terminal,are analyzed.And how to use methods of logic,decomposition,elimination and replacement to quickly troubleshoot and solve the faults are summarized,which could provide reference experience for the maintenance and management of municipal and county-level meteorological consultation system.
