Abstract In order to avoid the Mistake-Forget-Miss that happens in aviation meteorological forecasting operation and improves the quality of meteorological service,this paper constructs a set of aviation meteorological forecasting operational alarm supplementary system under the Windows,which is based on the.NET technique.This system can supply some functions which contain remainder of the weather prediction operational work flow,alerting and monitoring of the weather message and forecast charts products making,circular warning of trend forecast making and release through the sound and pop-up window at the production side of weather forecasting service.Using this system,it can mostly reduce the possibility of Mistake-Forget-Miss caused by human factors,which would improve the safety margin of civil aviation meteorological forecast business and prevent the occurrence of unsafe events.
