Abstract Aiming at the over-tolerance problem of the PTB series pressure sensor,the error debugging steps are studied,the error calculation process is statistically analyzed,and a set of pressure sensor digital error adjustment methods based on serial communication are formed.Taking multi-point debugging as an example,through experimental analysis,the qualified rate of the air pressure sensor after adjustment is 100%,which solves the problem of over-tolerance.It has a positive effect on prolonging the service life of the air pressure sensor.
