Abstract This paper introduces the functions of the ground integrated observation service software.By sorting out the problems in the application of ISOS software in national stations in Haixi prefecture of Qinghai province,this paper analyzes the causes and summarizes the solutions,so that business personnel can grasp the software application method in time,improve the operation guarantee ability of station-level business software,ensure the accurate and timely upload of collected data,improve the quality of observation data collection and transmission,ensure the stable operation of ground comprehensive observation business,and provide accurate and reliable data support for weather forecast,meteorological information,climate analysis,scientific research and meteorological services.
