Abstract In order to verify the consistency degree of rainfall measurement values in mobile calibration system of prefecture level as well as the reliability degree of metering standard,Gansu meteorological metering and verification station organizes mobile calibration systems of prefecture level to carry out the comparison of measurement values of rainfall factors.Firstly,determine the method for rainfall comparison and the samples to be compared.Then,select rainfall and rainfall intensity as the calibration point,analyze the stability of rainfall sensor in this comparison,judge the data found in comparison results,and assess the uncertainty degree of measurement.Finally,calculate normalized deviation for evaluation and obtain evaluation results.The comparison work conducted reflects more objectively the calibration capacity of mobile calibration systems of all cities,the competence of calibration personnel and the current status of calibration equipment,effectively identifies the problems present in all units compared and provides reliable basis for further promotion of site calibration capacity.
