Abstract In order to further improve the operation efficiency of regional automatic weather stations in high altitude areas and improve the maintenance and guarantee timeliness,this paper sorts out the frequent faults of data acquisition system,power supply system,communication system and meteorological observation sensors of new regional automatic weather stations,and summarizes the typical faults and treatment methods,so as to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of regional automatic weather station data and provide reference for grass-roots equipment support.
