Abstract  In order to improve the ability of civil aviation meteorological comprehensive management,this paper designs and develops a Web-based meteorological comprehensive management system,which can build a business management model according to the needs of the work,and realize the management of personnel,equipment,documents,training and monthly reports through the platform.The reporting function improves the work efficiency and optimizes the meteorological management work.This design provides a reference for accelerating the development of civil aviation meteorological business management to the direction of intelligent management.
