Abstract  Aiming at the high failure rate of optical fiber link in the current CINRAD/SA weather radar servo system,a set of weather radar optical fiber link testing tooling system is designed. In this paper, the circuit composition of the test tooling system and the sequence flow of the corner code are studied in detail, and the test and fault diagnosis of the optical fiber link in CINRAD/SA weather radar are realized through the test judgment. At the same time, the test tooling system can also be used for rapid fault diagnosis and location of servo system related components, shorten the maintenance time, improve the maintenance efficiency, and can become an important part of the weather radar provincial maintenance test platform.
