Abstract：This paper introduces the working model of station separation of the national ground basic meteorological station in Fuyang,and gives out its running feasibility,the construction and adjustment scheme of the platform and the field as well as the methods and means of reliability guarantee.The problems brought by the operation have been thought through,especially the methods to solve problems in winter observation under this working model.
