Abstract：In view of the current one-way decentralized information management of provincial meteorological metrological verfication,and the service lacking convenient query of the mobile terminal,according to the characteristics of meteorological measurement work in Jiangsu province,the provincial meteorological measurement information management service platform is designed and implemented.The platform is based on the B/S technology framework.The database is supported by MS SQL Server2005 management.And the Web information management service platform is developed by MS VS2017.NET.The platform is used to realize the functions of sending and receiving management,calibration,query statistics and invoice registration of meteorological instruments.At the same time,the QR code scanning technology is applied to the meteorological measurement information management service to realize real-time query and sharing information of mobile terminals such as public mobile phones.
