Abstract：Based on the latest development of meteorological,oceanographic and space weather satellites in the United States,Russia,India,Europe and other countries and regions,the development of the whole technology in this field is reviewed from three aspects of satellite launch,research and development as well as operational application.And the main development characteristics and trends of meteorological oceanographic space weather satellites are analyzed.
