Abstract:In response to the current problem of single and limited methods for evaluating the quality of meteorological observation data,an innovative data quality evaluation model based on the matching relationship between meteorological observation data collection technology and state indices,namely the CSE-M cascade structure evaluation model,is proposed.Using the first level ground meteorological observation data from January to March 2024 in Inner Mongolia as the experimental sample,the model was validated through practical examples.The results indicate that the CSE-M cascade structure evaluation model covers all abnormal influencing factors,analyzes data quality from multiple perspectives,accurately evaluates data availability,and clearly divides data quality levels,which helps to screen high-quality data and has great practical application value.
