Abstract:The article proposes an evaluation method for the Liangshan National Weather Station based on Minimum Relative Information Entropy (MRIE),Analytic hierarchy process (AHP),Entropy weight method (EWM),and Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS).The subjective and objective weights of the evaluation indexes are determined by AHP and EWM,The comprehensive weight of each index is obtained by applying MRIE coupling model,the optimal and worst schemes in the limited scheme are determined by TOPSIS,and the operation status of Liangshan National Weather Station is evaluated according to the proximity to the best or worst scheme.The results show that the combination of AHP and EWM of MRIE can reduce the human deviation caused by strong subjectivity to a certain extent,and make the evaluation result more scientific and reasonable.through this method,the evaluation index with the highest comprehensive weight is the time from the last verification,and the lowest is the transmission timeliness rate.The indicators corresponding to the best (worst) solution obtained by TOPSIS are:stable operation rate 0.450 2 (0.436 0),transmission timeliness rate 0.447 5 (0.446 0),data availability rate 0.461 5 (0.431 8),length from the last verification 0.454 8 (0.435 7) and inspection times 0.504 0 (0.378 0).Among the five national weather stations in Xichang in 2023,Anha Niulang National Weather Station has the farthest distance from the worst scheme and the best evaluation,while the Daxing Shijiezi National Weather Station is the closest to the worst scheme and the worst.In the standard matrix constructed by the original data,according to the proximity of each evaluation index to the best and worst scheme,the problems existing in the meteorological technical support work can be directly found and solved in time.Give full play to the important role of the National Weather Station in the economic and social development and rural revitalization of meteorological services in Liangshan Prefecture.
