Abstract:Based on the daily observation data of 842 national ground observation stations in China from 1961 to 2017,the author extracted and generated the freezing weather phenomenon sequence, and statistically analyzed the spatial distribution of freezing days, the long-term change trend and abnormal sequence of freezing weather phenomenon in China. The results show that the freezing days in the north of China are more than those in the south, and there is a significant correlation between the freezing days and latitude. The overall freezing days in China showed a downward trend, and the change rate is decreasing per 10 years 2.3 days. Most of the freezing anomaly sequence years are concentrated in 2010-2013 and 1965-1973.In addition to the sequence anomaly caused by the adjustment of observation business, the lack of quality control of the observation data of freezing weather phenomena is also an important reason for the sequence anomaly. The research results provide support for the analysis of weather phenomena.
