Abstract:In order to fully utilize the role of Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) in improving product quality,the conventional ESS method for meteorological instrument products was first studied.In response to the problems existing in the conventional ESS method,the mathematical analysis of the temperature cycle screening degree model was used to optimize the conventional ESS scheme.Finally,a comprehensive ESS method was designed and further improvement suggestions were proposed.The research results indicate that the optimized environmental stress screening method can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of meteorological instrument ESS,providing reference for the efficient implementation of meteorological instrument related products ESS.
