Abstract：This paper analyzes and studies the meteorological observation quality management system established by Beijing meteorological instrument measurement and inspection institute.The steps of system construction and matters needing attention during system operation are expounded.And the system continuous improvement methods are put forward,including leaders continuous attention,strengthen the training of all staff and deep integration of business.The construction and operation of the quality management system aims to improve the management level and product service quality of the meteorological instrument metrology institute,which can meet the needs of meteorological observation users,and better serve the high-quality development of meteorological observation.
