摘要 为避免暴雨等灾害性天气条件造成的通信塔无法传输信号,区域自动气象站无法将雨量等数据传回中心站的情况发生,文章以邢台市气象局在暴雨灾害严重的区域自动气象站加装TD204BD-M001型北斗卫星通信终端的实际案例为主,人工观测雨量数据北斗应急传输为补充,分析北斗卫星通信系统在区域自动气象站数据应急传输的实际应用情况,发现及时到报率平均87%,由于天气原因或电磁干扰,造成及时到报率偏低,但经过补传数据,实际到报率达98%以上,能够满足区域自动气象站应急传输业务需要。

Abstract:In order to avoid the communication tower unable to transmit signals caused by disastrous weather conditions such as rainstorm,and the regional automatic weather station cannot transmit rainfall and other data back to the central station,based on the actual case of Xingtai meteorological bureau installing TD204BD-M001 Beidou satellite communication terminal in the regional automatic weather station with severe rainstorm disaster,this paper analyzes the practical application of Beidou satellite communication system in the emergency transmission of regional automatic weather station data,supplemented by the Beidou emergency transmission of artificial observation rainfall data.It is found that the average timely arrival rate is 87%.Due to weather reasons or electromagnetic interference,the timely arrival rate is low.However,after retransmitting the data,the actual arrival rate is more than 98%,which can meet the needs of emergency transmission business of regional automatic weather station.
