Abstract:The article focuses on the monitoring of rainfall information using Beidou signals and develops a new method for monitoring rainfall information.Based on the signal changes generated by Beidou signals crossing through rainfall media,the relationship between rainfall intensity and polarization phase shift is analyzed,and the optimal monitoring method is determined using a simulated annealing algorithm.And in response to the issue of cycle jumping in rainfall data transmission,a data processing algorithm was proposed to accurately determine the rainfall intensity in various regions.The optimal correlation coefficient reached 0.97,which verified the effectiveness of the monitoring method and provided technical support for rainfall monitoring,flood control and disaster prevention.
