Abstract:It was important to analyze the uncertainty of the calibration result of the pyrheliometer. The analysis results established the reliable basis for the quality control of the pyrheliometer’s measurements. the mathematical model was established and the sources of uncertainty were pointed out which obviously infected the measurement results. The uncertainty components were evaluated quantitatively and the expand uncertainty of the results of the pyrheliometer were given 1.6% (the confidence probability P=95%; coverage factor k=1.96). The results showed that the uncertainty of the calibration result of the pyrheliometer was depending on multiple factors, such as the measurement methods, calibration equipments and calibration conditions.
