Abstract：According to the emergency processing request of meteorological observation equipment in the flood season and during the Asian Games by business unit in charge, this paper analyses and designs the system’s flow chart and focuses on the system hardware structure and the software realization and application during the Asian Games. Based on the wireless MODEM and Mobile wireless networks, monitoring platform for meteorological observation equipment failure, receives short messages form the failure processing person and processes it and transmits it intelligently, and last automatically statistics and collates failure information by self.
