Abstract：With the development of society, in recent years with the observation of automation and sunshine the accuracy of the data are put forward higher request. Sunshine observation is the ground of the meteorological observation is one of the basic observation projects, this paper based on the principle, design of the photoelectric effect is constructed by the high performance photoelectric diode for detection devices, in order to MSP430F149 micro controller as the core of sun sensors, this system can realize signal acquisition, data processing,telecommuni -cation and sunshine intensity of continuous observation, and other functions, its observation accuracy and sensitivity, etc to meet the design target technical indexes.
