Abstract：Based on measurement principles and methods of atmospheric transmission meter and forward scattering instrument,by means of comparative analysis on the measurement data obtained from two sets of instrument under typical weather condition,the visibility measured by atmospheric transmission meter in northeast region withcomplex weather phenomenon can calculate the RVR value in more precision,whichcan better safeguard flight safety.
