Abstract：This paper expounds the general situation of China crustal movement observation network from the following aspect:its target,structure,main technical indicators and product output.And the application prospect in meteorological science is analyzed.The application areas include weather disasters,numerical weather prediction,artificial influence on weather,climate analysis and space weather etc..It would made comprehensive utilization of the space to earth observation technology,greatly improved atmosphere monitoring level and brought huge economic benefits and social benefits.
