Abstract：This paper studies the structural characteristics of XML and its encryption algorithms.The C# language is used for XML processing and encrypting.The formed meteorological files are applied in meteorological website of Dalian the Twelfth National Games,which ensure the update of meteorological data during the 12th National Games.
