System design for multipoint high precision water temperature sensor based on linear interpolation

Abstract:In view of the problems that the stability of the temperature measuring system of single point water temperature sensor is poor,the dynamic acquisition is prone to distortion and the temperature cannot be detected in real time after damage,this paper presents a design scheme of multipoint high precision temperature acquisition system.The NTC thermistor is used as sensing unit according to its temperature characteristics.And the hardware structure construction and software algorithm design are used to achieve the all-weather,high fidelity,high reliability and high-precision signal detection of target water temperature.The temperature contrast test with calibrated high precision platinum resistor has been carried out by using the water three-phase constant temperature flume.The results show that the accuracy of water temperature detection can be achieved within the range of 0.01℃.
