Design and implementation of high precision ocean wind speed measurement device based on ATmega2560

Abstract:Aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional anemometer,such as low accuracy,short service life and high maintenance cost,this paper designs a high-precision anemometer which can be redeveloped.This measurement device takes ATmega2560 chip as the control core,which is equipped with an integrated rotary cup wind speed and direction measuring sensor.Compared with the traditional mechanical anemometer and ultrasonic anemometer,it has the advantages of more stable,efficient and easy to use.
