Abstract：In view of the current situation of municipal meteorological equipment support,this paper discusses the construction of meteorological equipment support team and the quality control of meteorological data.Corresponding views and suggestions are put forward to provide experience exchange for meteorological equipment support personnel and reference for decision makers.
