Abstract:In order to verify the on-site calibration ability of prefectural meteorological departments,this paper analyzes the metrological comparison work of 14 cities (state) mobile calibration systems organized by Gansu meteorological metrological verification station.Firstly,the comparison method and comparison samples of wind direction are determined,and the calibration points are selected.Then,the stability of the wind direction sensor is analyzed,the abnormal data of the comparison results are discriminated,and the measurement uncertainty is evaluated.Finally,the normalized deviation is calculated to evaluate and draw the conclusion.This comparison objectively reflects the calibration level of wind direction sensors in each city (state),effectively identifies the problems existing in the reference units,and provides a basis for further improving the field calibration ability.
