Abstract:In order to study the influence on the change in scale of verification tank for flow velocity instrument,the normalization on the usage and reservation of the verification tank is explored.Based on the settling volume and straightness observation data of the verification tank over the years,by adopting classified statistical methods,a comprehensive analysis is made on the variation of tank settlement with time and tank straightness with season,time and water injection volume.And combined with the construction of the tank,the reasons for its formation are studied comprehensively.The results show that it has a serious impact on the change of settling volume and straightness of the verification tank,which is including the factors of the season,time and water volume.Finally,scientific and reasonable suggestions are put forward for the normalization of the construction and reservation of verification tank for the flow velocity instrument in the field of the site selection,design and the period of updating water etc.
