Abstract:The fishing vessel safety operation and marine monitoring information system is an information system with three functions of two-way information transmission between land and vessel, marine monitoring and data transmission, which is first applied in marine fishery and shipping industry in China. It solves the two problems of information communication obstacle between fishing vessels and land far away from the coast and the lack of real-time monitoring network of marine meteorology in fishing vessel activity sea area. The application of the system will provide all kinds of early warning and safety information for the safe operation of fishing vessels, and provide the route, course information and sea measured data for the command department and the ocean forecast department, and provide technical support for the informatization of fishery. The system has been tested on the ship "Xiangyanghong 14" for 40 days, all the functions of the system have been tested, and its reliability and stability have been verified, and the expected results have been achieved.
