Abstract:Based on the characteristics of multi-parameter base measurement chamber of JKZ electronic radio sonde and the current calibration method, this paper firstly introduces the general process and mathematical model of GUM method for evaluating uncertainty according to the requirements of JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement. Then, combined with the actual calibration work, the uncertainty analysis and evaluation of the calibration results of temperature, humidity, air pressure and voltage are carried out through examples. The results show that the uncertainty evaluation of JKZ base measuring chamber needs to give the uncertainty of four kinds of measurement parameters respectively. The uncertainty of the voltage calibration result is the uncertainty introduced by the voltage resolution of the base measurement chamber.Since the uncertainty introduced by the resolution under the measurement conditions of the article is greater than the uncertainty introduced by the repeatability of the indication value, the uncertainty introduced by the repeatability of the indication value of the base measurement chamber can be ignored when evaluating the other three measurement parameters. The uncertainty introduced by its resolution is directly used for evaluation.
