Abstract Based on the business application requirements of provincial meteorological bureau for information network system, combined with the core problems encountered in the design of system structure of new building's network in Jiangxi science and technology center of disaster prevention and reduction, the design principle and key implementation strategy of the system structure are elaborated.And the structure design of the network system for the new building is analyzed progressively.
