Abstract As a backup device for L-band radar, GTC2 data receiver is widely used in all over the nation.Based on thepitch malfunction of GTC2 receiver owned by Heyuan radiosonde station, this paper analyzes the reasons of the pitchmalfunction and summarizes the method about how to maintain it by means of its structure principle, which can be usedas a reference for troubleshooting in such malfunctions.
