Abstract Based on the common failures of Taizhou CINRAD/SA radar transmitter during its trial operation, the main breakdowns are caused by the interference of transmitter’s limit improvement factor.Through detecting the five links that influence the limit improvement factor step by step, its effect reasons are found out.This paper also briefly introduces some failures of the transmitter in other aspects.And its solutions and some corresponding advice are put forward.
