Abstract  There are three digital barometers which are taken as research object to test their performance in this paper.Through performance testing of these barometers, the error of results was analyzed, besides, the uncertainty was evaluated and validated.Through analyzing and researching extensive testing data,it shows that digital barometers errors are mainly from linearity and hysterisis, and then the uncertainty of results is mainly from the repeatability of testing data, the error of standard meter and the resolution ratio of tested instrument. The error of this model digital barometer shows that the error of result is less than 0.17 hPa,the linearity error is less than 0.07 hPa,the hysterisis error is less than 0.03 hPa,and then the uncertainty is not exceed 0.06 hPa after the experiments in high temperature, low temperature and room temperature.
