Abstract In the view of existing humidity testing equipment,comparative tests are taken for many times. The differences that use different test device to measure the quality of sensor calibration are summarized. The results show that the JJH1 salt and humidity generator and HMK15 humidity calibration instrument are suitable for different types of humidity sensor calibration,while DJM10 humidity test case,HUMOR20 high precision humidity generator and C4-340 climate chamber are suitable for laboratory test.
