Abstract  This paper summarizes the design of remote monitoring and control system which need to be considered comprehensively in the aspects of power supply, fire safety, environment power monitoring, network video monitoring and data quality monitoring.Through remote video surveillance,it develops communication and transmission procedures by using Microsoft Visual C # language, analyzes data regularly and acquires radar equipment fault information and data transmission information in many ways, which can be used to realize remote radar stations with no one or few people on duty. The system has important practical significance for improving the availability of radar, ensuring the safety of equipment and data quality, reducing the response time of the fault and lowering the maintenance and protection funding. At the same time,it also provides a reference for the station where the radar will be deployed.
