Design of the meteorological technical equipment dynamic management system based on SQL Server

Abstract  This paper designs a dynamic management system for meteorological technology and equipment based on SQL Server 2008R2.The full cycle information management of meteorological instrument would be achieved,which includes leaving the factory,storage,use,maintenance,verification and abandonment etc.The efficiency of the meteorological instrument support has been improved.The database is composed of SQL Server 2008R2,and the database storage structure is designed.Information of the state and location change of meteorological instrument was tracked by two-dimension code and electronic tags.With mobile terminals and Web technology,data collection and interaction was accomplished.And the dynamic management for full cycle information of meteorological observation instrument would be achieved.
