Abstract This paper mainly uses C# programming language to decode and preprocess the meteorological reality of civil aviation and airport forecast.And the decoded results are applied to geographic information system.Server-side application is built through ASP.NET and the client-side implement is achieved by leaflet.js and Echarts framework.A set of auxiliary decision-making tools based on the reality and forecast of civil aviation airport is constructed.The auxiliary decision-making tool can provide users with real-time weather monitoring,forecast auxiliary decision-making information and weather trend information over the past 24 hours based on the fact factors.The system improves the user's efficiency of aviation weather message by means of color alarm and automatic refresh etc,which would provide auxiliary decision-making ability for the users in the decision-making process.
