Abstract Based on the characters of automatic weather station in civil aviation airport,and the practice of field calibration for the sensors of automatic weather stations in civil aviation airports made by the metrology station of Jiangsu meteorological observation center for years,this paper introduces the measurement performance of the sensor and the calibration candition of the standard implement.And the calibrating methods for the sensors of MAWS301 automatic weather station produced by the VAISALA corporation are analyzed and summarized,aiming for better meteorological support for civil aviation airport.
