Abstract This paper designs a new wireless data link scheme in automatic meteorological observation system and weather radar system by analyzing the link budget of communication environment between wireless network devices.The practice has proved that suitable wireless network equipment and transmission mode can be selected in different working environment.The wireless transmission scheme adopted in this paper can meet the requirement of real-time continuous transmission of meteorological data such as automatic meteorological observation system and weather radar system.
