Abstract  Based on the specifications of the China Meteorological Administration, this paper has established a comprehensive service system for near-surface flux observation in Jiangsu province, which includes data acquisition, operation status monitoring, data quality control, data analysis and display, and instrument patrol maintenance. The coordinated, intensive, and efficient management system of near-surface flux observation in Jiangsu has laid a solid foundation. The system has been applied in meteorological operation, running smoothly and stably, achieving full coverage of related operation processes. It has the potential to be further applied in climate and climate change analysis, numerical weather forecasting, meteorological information, meteorological services and ecological research.
