Abstract In order to meet the needs of current meteorological security work and standardize the working process of lightning protection business,this paper uses PHP+MySQL related technologies to design and develop the lightning protection information management platform in Zhaoqing city based on MVC model,which can realize the functions of archiving,querying and statistics of lightning protection information,tracking and monitoring of lightning protection projects,and online workflow of internal business processes of lightning protection work.It can quickly analyze and evaluate service benefits,improve work efficiency and effectively improve service effect.
