County rainstorm monitoring and early warning inspection system

Abstract  In order to strengthen the ability of meteorological disaster prevention in the county (district) area,based on the CIMISS database and the early emergency warning information release system of Jiangxi Province,combined with the climatic characteristics and early warning inspection methods of Jiangxi Province,Electron desktop application development technology,JavaScript development language and VsCode development tools are used to establish a rainstorm warning signal inspection algorithm.A county-level rainstorm monitoring and early warning inspection system is developed.It realizes the functions of real-time monitoring of rainstorm,early warning prompt and inspection,one-click production and transmission of provincial and municipal meteorological SMS,and providing thinking for meteorological departments at all levels to develop short-term and imminent extreme weather business systems.
