Evolution characteristics of local short-time heavy rainfall in Jinan based on minute data |

Abstract Based on the minute-by-minute precipitation data of 123 ground observation stations in Jinan from 2012 to 2020,the evolution characteristics of short-term heavy precipitation process were analyzed by individual case statistical method.Statistics show that there were 113 local short-term heavy rainfalls in Jinan,and the diurnal variation of precipitation is obvious.The spatial distribution of precipitation is uneven,and the evolution process of short-term heavy precipitation is asymmetric.The research results can provide reference for the early warning and forecasting of short-term heavy rainfall.
