Abstract In order to study the measurement accuracy of polymer capacitive humidity sensors,which are currently used in the meteorological industry,this article selected three different models of humidity sensors based on polymer capacitive humidity sensor technology as experimental subjects for testing.According to the calibration regulations for automatic station humidity sensors,the humidity error of the sensors under different temperatures was analyzed and compared.The experimental results indicate that there are certain differences in humidity characteristics based on polymer capacitive humidity sensors.The results of comparing humidity sensors have reference value for the selection and use of humidity sensors.
