Abstract In response to typical weather targets in key areas,based on the monitoring needs of strengthening weather systems such as Yunnan-Guizhou quasi-static front,low altitude shear line,southwest vortex,and boundary layer convergence line,the Beidou satellite navigation sounding observation network covering key areas will be upgraded and constructed.The "cloud+end" link data transmission and processing mode for the new Beidou navigation sounding system standard is described in detail,including the system functional structure,chassis antenna design,software configuration debugging,equipment maintenance and repair of the satellite stratospheric sounding intelligent command aircraft,providing effective technical support for round-trip drift sounding experiments.By gaining a deep understanding of the composition of the satellite stratospheric sounding intelligent command aircraft system,the ability to solve common fault problems can be improved.
