Analysis of measurement characteristics of pressure sensors between different models and output types |

Abstract In order to compare the measurement uncertainty,measurement error,measurement repeatability characteristics of pressure sensors with different output types,the method specified in JJF 1059.12012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement was used to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement results and analyze the measurement characteristics of PTB210 and PTB220 two types of pressure sensors,PTB220 serial data and voltage output types.Through the analysis of the test data,the pressure measured values of PTB210 and PTB220 serial output meets the error requirements of JJG 10842013 Digitial Barometer,and the PTB 220 voltage output meet the JJG (Meteorological) 0012015 Pressure Sensor of Automatic Meteorologiral Station after adjusting for linear gain and offset.The three groups of measurement data have the same measurement uncertainty,but the measurement precision of PTB210 is better than that of PTB220.
