Abstract In response to the current situation and problems of meteorological information network business monitoring in Ningxia,this article relies on the upgrade and construction of the meteorological comprehensive real-time monitoring system(Tianjing) project,a localized meteorological information network monitoring system is designed.Through the localization design of Tianjing Network(large-scale network monitoring) and Alert(centralized alarm management platform) modules,comprehensive monitoring and operation management of the city and county networks are achieved;The city and county meteorological network alarm program developed based on the Tianjing system has achieved timely and accurate automated alarm of the city and county network,ensuring the quality of meteorological data transmission.
