The visualization monitoring system design of automatic weather station |

Abstract In order to realize the visualized monitor for the automatic weather stations (AWS) in the field, a visualized monitoring system is proposed in this paper. It is based on the camera module C328, uses LPC2387 with ARM structure as the processor and embeds μ C/OS-II operating system. The system applies multi-task system of software and communicates with the PC by utilizing GPRS, which provides three trigger modes, including command, timing and infrared inductive so that the system is designed. The experiment results show that the system can acquire the image information from meteorological elements sensors under the condition that the security of the elements is guaranteed, after the monitoring system is transplanted. And the delay time is within 20 seconds, which is satisfied with the management requirements of the visualized monitoring for AWS.
